1.1. Orders are typically processed and shipped within three (3) weeks from the purchase date, unless otherwise specified.
1.2. International shipping is available. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
1.3. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your destination country are your responsibility as the buyer.

2.1. All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
2.2. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information when placing an order.
2.3. In the event of a pricing error, I reserve the right to cancel or modify your order and will contact you for further instructions if necessary.

3.1. I take pride in ensuring the quality and careful packaging of every item. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact me within 7 business days of receiving your order. You must include photographic or video evidence of the damaged packaging or item.
3.2. If damage or loss occurs during shipping, I will arrange for a refund, return, or replacement, depending on availability. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the return is received and verified.
3.3. To qualify for a return or refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If the item is returned with insufficient or unsafe packaging, a 50% fee of the product's value may be deducted. Both parties will assess the situation to determine the appropriate resolution.
3.4. Return Exceptions:
Due to the handmade, original nature of the artworks, they are considered customized products under Article L221-28 of the EU Consumer Code. Therefore, returns are accepted only if:

• The product was damaged during transit;

• The product delivered does not match the order (e.g., incorrect painting or specifications).

3.5. Complaint Procedure:
All complaints must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item and must include photo evidence for evaluation.

3.6. Withdrawal Limitations:
A change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product is not a valid reason for return due to the unique nature of each item.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the buyer, the buyer will bear the re-delivery cost.
If the delivery issue is the result of an error on my part, I will cover the costs of re-shipping.

If a package is delivered to a pickup location and the customer fails to collect it within the time allowed by the carrier, the customer must pay for a repeat delivery. If the package is refused and returned to me in London, no refund will be issued for the returned item or the original payment.

4.1. All artworks, prints, and related materials available on this site are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
4.2. Purchasing an item does not grant the buyer any rights to reproduce, modify, or distribute the work in any form. Use of my images or content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

5.1. While I strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, I do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the content on my website. Use of the site is at your own risk.
5.2. I shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from purchasing any products through it.

6.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union.
6.2. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in France. If legal proceedings are initiated in another jurisdiction, the claimant will be responsible for all related legal fees.

If you wish to order a custom painting or print in a different size or medium, please contact me directly via email at mariamosman89@hotmail.com. Include the desired dimensions and any photo references.​

• Edges and backs of paintings are painted blue.

• Upon confirmation, commissioned paintings are typically completed within eight (8) weeks, allowing time for drying before shipment.

• Additional charges may apply depending on size, weight, or shipping destination.

• A full upfront payment is required before your order is added to my queue.

• If I’m unable to fulfill your custom order by the agreed-upon date, you’ll receive a full refund, or we can agree on new terms.

• Unless otherwise agreed, paintings are varnished (where applicable), unframed, and do not include hanging hardware. These decisions are left to the buyer post-delivery.
